There is the heavenly world in the Dream Garden. Though the amazing thing is that this  garden is famous as the garden of 6 seasons.  One can capture the sceneries of six  seasons in this garden with own eyes.

  • Vasanta (Spring): Mid-February to Mid-April.
  • Grishma (Summer): Mid-April to Mid-June.
  • Varsha (Monsoon/Rainy): Mid-June to Mid-August.
  • Sharad (Early Autumn): Mid-August to Mid-October.

The scene inside the garden would instantly fascinate anyone who goes there as to whether am I in the earthly world or the supernatural world.  In 1920 AD, the late Field Marshal Keshar Samsher J.B.R.A. had built this garden with the influence of European (Edwardian) style by combining all six houses (rest houses) according to six seasons.

Famous architects like  Kishor Narsingh and Kumar Narsingh Rana, who had  built the structure of the Singh Durbar in 1907 AD, also designed and supervised the Dream Garden. The construction of garden includes houses, fountains, ponds, European-influenced verandas and even bird houses. On the one hand, the various houses inside the Dream  Gardens present a unique architectural model . On the other hand, the combination of flowers, butanes and trees within the garden have given the astonishing  beauty to the garden. After the death of Keshar Samsher,  this garden was handed over to the Government of Nepal. But it could not be preserved according to its importance. Therefore, understanding the historical and classical importance of this garden, this dream garden was reconstructed with the help of various donors. Therefore, understanding the historical and classical importance of this garden, this dream garden was reconstructed. This garden  is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
